如何更改用户名或密码
重置您的密码或检索您的用户名:
- 如果您忘记了您的用户名或密码，请点击 忘记了用户名或密码?
- 如果您忘记了密码，请选择 Personal Account, enter Username and Date of Birth, click Reset Password and follow the prompts.
- 如果您忘记了您的用户名，请输入您的主用户 Email Address or Phone Number. Click Send 让你的用户名发送给你.
*Note:一旦你收到你的用户名，你可以通过 Reset Password 如果您也忘记了密码，请处理.

如何进行流动存款
- 登录东北财经大学手机App，点击 Deposit 在屏幕底部.
- Click New Deposit. 选择要存入的账户并输入支票金额. Click Done.
- Click Add Front of Check 拍一张支票正面的照片. 将检查片放在有足够光线的黑暗表面上，并将检查片置于屏幕上矩形的中间.
- 该应用程序将尝试自动拍照. 如果自动拍摄不成功，请通过触摸屏幕手动拍摄照片.
- 如果缺少重要信息，系统可能会提示您重新拍摄支票照片, incorrect, or unclear.
- Click Add Back of Check 然后按照同样的步骤给支票背面拍张照片. Before taking the photo, 在支票背面顶部的背书区, 写“远程存款@ NEFCU”,” sign your name, 并写上存款账号.

How to set card controls & alerts
设置信用卡/借记卡控制:
- 登录到数字银行和点击您的信用卡瓷砖从仪表板.
- Click Details & Settings.
- Click on the Card Profile. 注意:信用卡帐户的主要所有者的名称将显示在卡配置文件中.
- Click Register under Card Preferences.

管理信用卡提醒
- 登录“数码银行”，单击 Manage Alerts.
- From Subscription Alerts, click Cards.
- Click Register 如果您在设置时尚未注册 Credit Card Controls. Once you Register，您将可以访问卡提醒和 Credit Card Controls (i.e. Card Preferences). 有关如何设置信用卡控件的信息，请参阅上文.

如何设置旅行通知
- 登入“数码银行”，并按 three-dot ellipsis (…) to access More Links.
- From the More Links drop-down menu, click Travel Notice.
- This brings you to the Travel Notice details screen.
- Choose the card Account from the drop-down.
- 点击旅行类型的单选按钮: Domestic (Air Travel), Domestic (Road Travel), or International.
- Enter your Destination.
- Contact Phone Number and Contact Email Address are listed.
- Choose a Start Date and an End Date.
- Enter Notes (optional).
- Click Submit.
- 您的旅行通知已被提交. Click 添加另一个旅行通知 for additional cards.
